Incorporating ecosystem service values into benefit cost analysis

Eli Fenichel recently shared official U.S. guidance on how to include ecosystem services in benefit cost analysis. Including these values has been a goal of economists for many decades. To be sure, many analysts and agencies have already been working these values in, as much as practicable, to their analyses. Regardless, the document's expressed acknowledgement of the importance of these values is important.
